We understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.

1. Advance Payment

  • To confirm any booking, a 25% advance payment of the total fare is mandatory.

  • This amount guarantees vehicle and driver availability for your selected date and route.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment mode used during booking.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, the advance payment will not be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • “No-show” or failure to board at the pickup time.

  • Trips shortened or cancelled after commencement.

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.
