Welcome to BookMyRideIndia, your trusted travel partner for comfortable and reliable taxi services across India. By booking a ride through our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • To confirm any booking, customers are required to pay 25% of the total fare amount in advance.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or during the journey, depending on the type of trip.

  • All bookings are subject to the availability of vehicles and drivers at the time of confirmation.

  • Prices mentioned are exclusive of tolls, parking charges, and interstate taxes, unless specified.

  • BookMyRideIndia reserves the right to modify fares in case of significant changes in fuel costs or taxes.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after applying applicable deductions.

  • If the customer fails to show up or cancels the booking less than 24 hours before the journey, the advance payment will be forfeited.

  • Refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment only.

3. Trip Rules & Usage

  • Extra kilometres and waiting time beyond the package limit will be charged as per company rates.

  • The driver has full authority to refuse service if the customer behaves inappropriately or violates safety norms.

  • Customers are requested to maintain cleanliness and decorum inside the vehicle.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be charged to the customer.

4. Company Responsibilities

  • BookMyRideIndia strives to ensure timely pickup and drop services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We ensure our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and driven by licensed, professional drivers.

  • The company will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City], India.
